Terms of service
Effective date: June 7, 2026 · Last updated: June 7, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are the agreement between you and Richter Investments LLC, a Nevada limited liability company that operates OrientME (“OrientME”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), for using the OrientME web app, mobile app, and this site (together, the “Service”). Please read them — by creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
OrientME is a personal organizer for your tasks, money, health, travel, and notes. Use it lawfully and keep your account secure. Your data is yours. OrientME helps you see and organize your information — it is not financial, investment, tax, medical, legal, or travel advice, and figures it shows (balances, prices, award availability, wellness scores, AI output) can be delayed or wrong, so always confirm anything important with the original source. The Service is provided “as is”, and you can stop using it and delete your account at any time. The full, binding terms are below.
Agreeing to these terms
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with us and that you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy policy, which explains how we handle your data. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
Who can use OrientME
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) to use the Service. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement. The Service is intended for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Your account
- Approval. New accounts may be reviewed before sign-in is enabled. We may decline or revoke access at our discretion.
- Accurate information. Provide accurate account details and keep them current.
- Keep it secure. You’re responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. Don’t share your account, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
- One person. An account is for a single individual unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Acceptable use
When using OrientME, you agree not to:
- break the law, infringe others’ rights, or upload content you don’t have the right to store;
- upload malware, attempt to breach security, probe, scrape, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the Service except where that restriction is prohibited by law;
- resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or access it through automated means except as we expressly allow;
- use the Service to harass others or to store unlawful, harmful, or abusive material; or
- misuse connected third-party accounts or access data that isn’t yours.
We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe you’ve violated these Terms or are putting the Service or other people at risk.
Your content and data
You own the content you create in OrientME — your tasks, notes, journal, finances, health logs, trips, files, and everything else you add. We don’t claim ownership of it, and we don’t sell it.
You grant us only the limited permission we need to operate the Service for you — for example, to store, back up, sync across your devices, and display your content, and to process it through the trusted service providers that power features you use (described in the Privacy policy). This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained briefly in routine backups or as the law requires.
You’re responsible for the content you put into OrientME and for keeping your own copies of anything important. You can export key data (such as finances) from within the app and can permanently delete your account at any time — see Account.
Connecting third-party accounts
OrientME lets you connect external accounts — such as a bank or brokerage — and pulls in information like balances, holdings, and transactions so you can see them in one place. When you do:
- You authorize the connection through the provider’s own secure flow, and your use of that provider remains subject to their terms and privacy practices.
- These connections are read-only — OrientME displays your data and cannot move money or place trades. See Security & data handling for how this works.
- We’re not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or the accuracy of the data they return, and we can’t guarantee any particular account or institution will stay supported.
OrientME is not professional advice
OrientME is an organizing and tracking tool. It helps you see your own information — it does not give professional advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for a qualified professional.
Net worth, balances, holdings, cash-flow figures, stock and market prices, and award-flight availability shown in OrientME are for informational and organizational purposes only. They may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and they are not investment, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Always verify balances and transactions with your financial institution, and consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.
The Health features — including metrics, workouts, nutrition, lab/bloodwork entries, wellness scores, and reminders — are for general wellness and personal tracking only. OrientME is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health, and never disregard or delay medical advice because of something in the app. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
AI-generated content. Features that use AI (such as trip planning, holdings commentary, and lab-result extraction) can produce inaccurate or incomplete results. Treat AI output as a draft to review, not as fact or advice, and check anything important before relying on it.
Travel information. Flight fares, award availability, schedules, and booking links can change at any time and may be wrong or out of date. OrientME doesn’t sell tickets or process bookings — always confirm details and complete any purchase with the airline, program, or travel provider directly.
Plans and billing
Some features may be offered for free and others may require a paid subscription. If and when paid plans apply to you, the price, billing cycle, and any trial or renewal terms will be shown to you before you purchase, and subscriptions purchased through a mobile app store are also subject to that store’s billing and refund rules. You can cancel a subscription as described at the point of purchase or in your account/app-store settings; unless stated otherwise or required by law, payments are non-refundable for the period already started.
Service availability and changes
We work to keep OrientME reliable, but the Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend or limit the Service for maintenance, to protect users, or for other operational reasons. Some features may be offered as beta and can change or be withdrawn. We’ll try to give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.
Intellectual property
The Service itself — the OrientME software, design, brand, name, logo, and content we provide (everything other than your own content) — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service under these Terms. You may not use the OrientME name or brand without our permission.
Termination
You can stop using OrientME at any time and delete your account from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or its users. When your account ends, your right to use the Service stops and your data is removed as described in the Privacy policy — sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any information it shows is accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OrientME and the people who build it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — including any reliance on financial, health, AI, or travel information it shows. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Service or the law evolves. When we make a material change, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms; if you don’t agree, please stop using the Service and delete your account.
Governing law and disputes
If you have a problem, please contact us first at [email protected] — we’ll try to resolve it informally. These Terms, and any dispute arising from them or the Service, are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, except where the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your home country give you additional rights.
